             This letter is to inform you as to how impressed my son & I were in having Don Shipley as our realtor.  Last year we sold our townhouse and purchased a home in Anaheim Hills.  Our transaction was extremely chaotic since our townhouse was located on leased land.  Don was able to get us in & out of escrow with out the slightest bit of a headache.

            Even after the deal had closed and all was said and done, Don was still there for us.  He called every now and then to see how we were doing.  Never before have I known a realtor who would do follow up calls more than on one occasion.  Most call once as part of their job then never talk to you again. 

            Don proved to us that he is more than a realtor on many of occasions.  Once in particular, occurred during the summer months of 2005.  Don had called to see how my son & I were doing.  I had mentioned that our back fence was in need of repair & that we had received a letter from our HOA stating, we could be in danger of being fined if it was not fixed.  Don, knowing that I could not possibly get the fence fixed myself and with my son working so many hours, offered to come over and correct it himself.  He spent many of his free hours at my place rebuilding a new fence in our back patio that would suffice our HOA. 

            In closing I would highly recommend Don Shipley to anyone who is looking for a realtor to work with their best interest in mind (whether it be a buyer or a seller) and not just his/her own.  Don Shipley is not only a realtor he is a true friend.
